G2F Media alongside its sister company L+M Events was responsible for delivering three highly successful and applauded editions of the British Trial Grand Prix in Shropshire from 2005 to 2007, which welcomed a combined audience of just under twenty-five thousand people. This marked a return of the FIM Trial World Championship to the UK mainland after a five year absence.
After a short break, 2010 saw the collaboration embark on its most ambitious project to date having spent the previous two-year period recruiting government funding via EventScotland to take the FIM Trial World Championship back to Scotland for the first time since 1992. The resulting events in 2010 and 2011 at the stunning Nevis Range mountain venue, which sits in the shadow of Ben Nevis, were deemed a huge success by the riders, teams, media and the fans alike. This was reinforced as the company received an FIM award in recognition of its overall organisation on each occasion.
Other measurable successes included a visit by Scotland‘s First Minister, as the event was the first of its type to receive government backing and a global TV audience in excess of thirty million homes.
